Spacious 4 BDRM w/Onsite Parking & A/C!

Another wonderful stay with LaTray properties. Host is extremely easy to contact, house was beautiful and neighborhood was safe. The property is a large, restored Victorian home. There is plenty of space to spread out and nice gathering areas to spend time with family members. The backyard and front porch provide nice outdoor areas for people and pets! Took lots of nice walks to nearby parks and the property location is close to EVERYTHING in Rochester. Will definitely rent again!!!

This was a girls weekend. We each had our own bedroom. This is a beautiful home. Lots of antiques, great neighborhood, clean, nice putdoor space. Lots of places you can walk to. I would definately stay here again! Great communication with the owner!

Our family of my husband and myself and 2 adult children stayed for 2 nights - basically to sleep and shower. We didn't use the well-appointed kitchen but it looked like it would be a great place to cook. The bathrooms were updated and lovely (great shower pressure!). Bedrooms could use new mattresses and end tables for a better experience. Look forward to coming back next time we're in Rochester.
